Workshop Renaissance Portrait Painting

Alessandra Camera will guide her students in different aspects of Renaissance Portrait Painting.
The group will start talking and practicing ways to prepare the canvas and the material needed for a good job: contemporary as well as traditional preparation.

Then the participants will start with first layer with oil painting, using both traditional oil colors and pure pigments, watching and testing differences in these two techniques.

The group will focus on lights, shadows and details of the drawing and build up the painting through many layers.

The price is $ 375 for the 4 days course. Materials and lunch not included.
