A precious collection of Curaçao art by Enrique Olario, Hipolito Ocalia, Maximiliano Nepomuceno and Petronia has returned home to Curaçao! These exquisite works of art by local renowned self taught artists, belonged to the private collection of Mrs. Egberdien van Rossum. Egberdien lived in Curaçao from 1955 to 1979 and owned an avantgarde art gallery in the Keukenstraat in Punda, gallery rg. On Saturday February 14th, we celebrate this special homecoming. Mrs. van Rossum will be present at Landhuis Bloemhof from 11 am to 1 pm, and she will read to us - in Dutch- impressions of short visits with the artists.
